The service that they offer is great, but the loading locations are actually a bit nerve racking. There are dozens of semis driving around you all the time. It felt safe, but very chaotic.

Used twice for material delivery and horrendous communication from dispatcher as he is unprofessionally rude. Left trailer at home twice as they wouldn’t wait for unload , which is fair. Also, worked with them as they only pick-up and deliver on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. They did not show up for pick-up on scheduled date both times; trying to get any professional communication is impossible. Felt as if second delivery date was intentionally missed as I refused to speak with ‘dispatcher’, who schedules pick-ups. Hope they can get some anger management or professional help for angry dispatcher. The ladies who initially answered were helpful, polite, and allowed me to vent regarding their co-worker.

Been here twice to pick up personal freight loads. It has been a pleasant experience. The office and yard forklift were both efficient and friendly.
