Abide Furniture provides endless amazing service, great furnishings, and extensive knowledge of all of their furniture vendors. Our experience proves their customer service to be fantastic, something that is a must for us! We purchased a table, that early on had some quality issues. Gary Abide took care of the issue immediately. His professionalism and enthusiasm to find us another table we would love was amazing. It was a pleasure doing business with Gary at Abide. He also was very patient, and never made us feel pressured. Customer service is very important to me , and our experience was very positive. I highly recommend Abide, they won't disappoint.
A great shopping experience. We checked out the website and called about 2 pieces prior to going since we are in Bentonville. After being able to sit on and measure both sectionals, we ultimately bought 1. They wrapped up all the pieces for us, and we brought it home. It took 2 trips for us, but we got it done. My only side comment is.. We were told that we were getting some alligator clips. Complimentary? We didn't receive them. No worries, though. We ordered some from Amazon, and they'll be here soon. I just wish that if you tell someone you are giving them, make sure it happens. It doesn't diminish my experience whatsoever, and I still absolutely recommend Abide.
