Abigail went above and beyond what I ever expected. She was attentive, listened to our needs and was able to find the right place and stay in the budget. Very impressed with how well connected she is with other businesses professionals, she recommended an amazing mortgage loan officer who was able to get clever and help with our unique situation. On top of all she was able to get the price down by 45k. She was the driving force behind the sale. A huge part of her expertise is lining up people with the right home and area.
