I needed my septic tank completely pumped out so I could start getting rid of it. I called a couple of different places and Able had the best price, but they charge extra if it takes them longer than half an hour. Well they came and did a fabulous job. Very helpful, very thorough--helped dig around the tank, etc. The only problem is it took them 1.5 hours, which ended up costing me quite a bit more than the original quote. For me 5 star service would mean that before working that extra time and going that extra mile they ask me. I might have said yes because they did do a good job, but I might have been okay after just 30 mins.

So my advice to company is: ask the customer if they prefer the extra work/cleaning or if they prefer to rush and stay under 30 mins. my advice to customer: be clear you expect the job to be done in 30 mins, so they aren't extra helpful and then charge you for it.
