Working with Phil and Absolute Mortgage was super easy! We have worked with Phil in the past when we sold our home and bought a new one and will continue to use him for any of our home needs for the future. He makes the whole home loan or refinancing situation fluent and almost effortless. We will always use Phil as he is simply awesome.

Working with Wendy is always a pleasure. She is kind, caring and compassionate. Wendy takes the time to make sure we understand all that is going into the loan and help us weigh our options before committing on anything. Lastly, she is not pushy, salesy, or demanding in anyway. Wendy is amazing, and we always look forward to working with her.

We count ourselves lucky that we got to work with Wendy Mariani in purchasing our home. She is a real expert. She knew how to, and promptly did handle every obstacle that came up. Wendy's skills and abilities were crucial for us. And, importantly, she is a genuinely kind and caring person, and a real pleasure to know.
