A completely unprofessional and unreliable company. I advise all to avoid their service if at all possible.

I had scheduled their services two weeks in advance for an arrival to and a pick-up from the Gorge amphitheatre In George, WA June, 2023. I confirmed two days prior to the event. The service to the venue was decent, no significant complaints overall. However, the pick-up from the venue was absolutely unprofessional.

We had requested a 2am pick-up on 6/18 after an event at the Gorge. We were present in the requested location by 1:55am. The vehicle was present, however the driver no longer had functioning keys. Somehow, the keys/fob that allowed the driver to start the car and get out there, were no longer functional when it was time to actually depart. We (4 of us) then had to wait over AN HOUR to depart the venue, (until someone else could bring a second set of keys to the vehicle) arriving home significantly later than planned and quite exhausted from the event. The driver was unable to discount the service ($166!!) and given time of the night, I reluctantly paid the amount requested.

Since then, I have contacted the main line of the company, and both Paul and Chris (owners of the company) multiple times with either no return call, or today when calling Paul to check in regarding his report last week that 'he would speak to Chris and get back to me', was hung-up on mid-introduction of myself and why I was calling and sent straight to voicemail when I attempted to call back.

My request was only for a partial refund given the significant extended delay in pick-up when I had specifically requested a scheduled pick-up weeks in advance.

Their service is unprofessional and dishonorable, particularly for a service that is very expensive given the area.

I hope to provide this review so that no one else has a similar experience.
