Just moved to the area. I made an appointment to get my son's hair cut, we showed up, checked in and waited for 10 mins, then they told me that there's no one there to cut his hair. UHHH, you gotta tell me that before the appointment time, ideally days before or at least hours before!

The woman at the counter said don't worry, she'll make sure I don't incur any cancellation fees. Why would I ever get a cancellation fee when you cancelled on me? Lol. What a weird place. Will try one of the other places nearby next time. Doesn't seem like this place has any idea what they're doing.

Saw Amanda and she has to be about the most humble and certainly one of the most talented stylists I've had the opportunity to have work with me. I am not easy, my medical history is complicated and yet she listened, asked questions and explained things along the way. I already have my next appointment scheduled and am excited to see what's next!
