Andrew is exceptional and meticulous. I had multiple conversations with him and Shawn because I was concerned about the safety of the products on my couch's fabric. They were extremely accommodating and helpful with my concerns. My sofa looks fantastic now; I would undoubtedly hire them again.

The tech support team of Accel Carpet is fantastic. Last year's service was excellent, by the way. I recently had my sectional cleaned, and it came out looking and smelling fantastic. I contacted them via email to schedule a second time for the same service, and they did an excellent job once again. Andrew got back to me promptly via email and squeezed me in just before the Thanksgiving holiday. Shawn was punctual, pleasant, and expert in his work. He did an excellent job of cleaning my sectional and removing the odor left behind by my two Yorikis. The cost wasn't outrageous either. Really, I have no complaints. They have earned my continued service business.

Andrew performed an excellent job. He showed up on time. After learning about this business online, I read reviews. With their service and natural goods, I am quite happy. I value the assistance I got from Seattle Carpet cleaner, who cleaned my stairwell and two rugs.They were respectful and competent. Highly Recommended.
