I was looking to refinance and Accelin had the best rates at the time. The loan originator was Priscilla Netto. It was a great experience working with her: always available and ready to answer any questions, which worked great, as I had to go through after work. The tentative numbers she gave at the very first conversation were very close to the final numbers at closing. Everything has been done with no delays. The processor was Reen Renaud, she was also easy to contact and helpful. Overall I am very pleased with Accelin team I was working with. Would work with them again and would recommend them with no hesitation.

We refinanced our mortgage with Accelin Loans. Got a great loan with significantly lower interest than competitors. I worked with Dave Jiminez and Nam Kim. Both are very good at what they do. Dave was knowledgeable about the various options. Nam provided exceptional service on the processing end. The escrow company messed some things up, and Nam took the time to get things fixed even though it wasn't technically her job. Highly recommend.
