Access Control Systems

The access control systems team showed up for us promptly when we needed them most. Bobby Ben and the team were knowledgeable and eager to get our gates working and getting us back in business. Thank you!

Had some bumps in the road but in the end they took care of it. Gate is beautiful. Just be very, very specific with what you want and get previews of what the gate will look like, and a tight installation process and schedule. Book for spring summer or fall. Winter gate installs can be an adventure...My two cents.

We live on a private road in a remote part of Sonoma so I was shocked to see and Access Control Systems vehicle coming up our gated driveway. Especially since our gated driveway is behind a shared neighborhood gate.

When I stopped the employee he said, "we cut through here all the time." I let him know it was private property as the gates indicated.

I called management and they weren't interested in where it took place, apathetically apologized and nearly hung up on me.

My husband called back and pushed on how they came through our gates without codes. (they hadn't had work up here in years) He said that the staff member jumped our gates manually. ?$%^ He contradicted himself and said he would tell his staff not to come through anymore but in the very next breathe said, "I don't know what to tell you, we do it all the time. Call the Sheriff if you want to."

Shocking for a company that works in security to be so brazen about trespassing. I guess the rules don't apply to them. I called the owners three times and no response. The Sheriff followed up with them and made a record of their trespassing.

So much for supporting a local business!
