We come here often for Thunderbirds hockey games. If you can't get parking in their lot, there are several free parking garages within three blocks. We've never had any safety issues with walking from Kent station .They do have a little outside security screening area, which is always necessary these days. The ticket takers are always so friendly and nice. One gentleman even commented on my nails being painted in T-bird colors and was excited for the game as well. The bathrooms have been clean every time we've been here. The drinks/concessions of course are wildly overpriced. There are attendants at each seating area to help you find your seats, and they are always very helpful. They put a lot of effort into making games fun at this venue with music, crowd contests and raffles too.

Saw a hockey game last night where Everett was visiting Seattle. The arena is very nice. Ambiance created by the arena is fun. Zamboni dance, sweet caroline song, filming kids on big screen. Food is typical and normal high price for sports event. Parking gets filled fast and we had to search for extra available parking. You need to read the rules for bags before going. We didn’t and got refuse a handbag. Most fans are passionate and having a good time. A few are border line crazy and i guess let all their frustration by screaming at refs. Overall a good experience.

Very disappointed. Minimal ADA parking. Horrible/non-existent ADA services while inside. ADA section has cheap foldable wedding type chairs that they cram so close together—you can't breathe without bumping the person next to you. More cheap foldable chairs = more ticket sales. IMO: No regard to the people paying for the ticket.
They ignore those in wheelchairs by allowing people to move from the ADA seats to stand in the front and block those that cannot stand.
IMO: ticket checkers, gate keepers, alcohol enforcement are pretty much people clocking hours for a paycheck.
This place should not be allowed to have concerts.
