Be ware of Ruthanne the rude billing lady. She will tell you it is your fault that she did not inform the offices she bills for that they are no longer able to bill your insurance company. If you plan on having a conversation with this woman you are in for an unsettling experience, the encounter will be very one sided and she does not want to know what you have to say.
