My Dad and I both agree the office staff is awful. Receptionist is rude and if you leave a voicemail don’t expect a call back because it won’t happen. Will take my auto repair needs elsewhere.

I would give this place a higher rating if the receptionist wasn’t such a piece of work. Used to recommend my friends to Paul and his business but will not be doing that anymore and likely won’t be returning myself. Spoke with the mechanic though and he was super kind and helpful…. Maybe put him at the front and they’ll get more customers. Thanks Paul for your auto services in the past as I’ve always brought my vehicles but I will more than likely not be returning.

I paid almost $900.00 to get my alternator replaced and now the radiator is leaking. Took it back didn't fix it. I couldn't even drive the car home and all the dash lights are on. I have to spend the weekend without a car. We've been going to Paul for over 10 years with no problems. The last 2 years they have really gone down hill. Their office manager is not helpful or nice.
