Wow, cannot believe the horrible customer service from this company. Just blatantly rude. Will take my business elsewhere. In reading other reviews it seems horrible customer service is a staple of this company. Also instead of trying to work out issues the owner is clearly argumentative and combative. Go to Arrow Lock or Security Solutions. Save yourself the time in dealing with this company.

This place can copy motorcycle keys too. Brought my key in and was fairly bent. It looks like they make the keys by eye and was in and was out in ~10 minutes. Had to go back and forth in that 10 minutes because my key was in bad shape but were able to get a set working. And they keys were <$5 each.

Bought a used VW car with one key. I needed a spare key just in case. The dealer asked approximately $300 (including taxes). Called around local locksmith businesses, no one would take my own uncut remote-controlled key and make me a copy. This was the only place where they didn't require to buy a key from them ONLY (which would take few weeks to order); they just took the remote-key I bought online for $19.90 for my car and in 20 minutes made me a copy for $59.79. I saved about $220! Thank you.
