Office looks nice. We just moved to this neighborhood, we went to look at frames to fill a prescription. The lady that opened door just checked our temperature and let us in, but was not very welcoming or good at letting us know what was what. I've worked in an optical before so I kinda became the sales rep to my friend and we realized we weren't getting much service help or guidance. It didn't seem like it had much of a selection, but I guess we're not too sure. We walked right on out after just a few minutes. Once glases become a part of your daywear, it is so important to get help choosing the frames, because it is an accessory that is a need but they will also be a fashion statement that should suit your face and look good on you.

My exam with Dr. Hsu went well, unknowing to me my trouble began when the optician/secretary directed me to the east side of the store to pick out my frames. The frames I selected were loose and I asked her if they could be tightened, she replied "yes", so I ordered them. When I went back to pick up the frames with my prescription they were still very loose by my temples and behind my ears. I requested the optician on two separate occasion to make them tighter because my forefinger could fit between the ear piece and my temple and then she began to speak to me aggressively, so I responded aggressively in kind. Then she explained to me that the style of frame is a wrap around type and they tend to fit loose at the temples. This was never explained to me while I was picking out my frames. She then directed me to frames on the west side of the store. I tried a pair on, did not like them, got my prescription and went to Dr. Lo in Glendora and I could not be happier.

Same day service for glasses was great. Extra nice touch was they helped me pick out a good pair for my face.
