Ace Appraisers was hired to appraise my property. I am doing a cash out refi to install energy efficient power and improvements. I have bought many home over my lifetime. Never once have I came into contact with a less knowledgable or more unprofessional company. They are more than $100k low in value. They said they could build this home for $245k. I want them to build me 10. I'll buy them all. They are the absolute worst business I have ever been forced to do business with. I am currently working with a law firm to recoup the large amount of money they cost me.
