First time in this store and found everything I needed with help from friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff. Isles are a bit narrow, but plenty of product. No big box stores for us. Ace is the place and this new store so very handy for our neighborhood in NW Spokane.

So happy that you moved into the Indian Trail neighborhood. I have visited this store several times and have been treated with respect and care every time. I had some paint that was a little bit difficult to match but all of the employees that day worked together to match it perfectly!!! I will always shop at Ace because they know what true customer service means. 👍👍👍

Such an amazing staff at this location. I had questions about the item I went in for (light keeper pro). The gentlemen told me he had one and couldn't quite figure it out but would get help from the store manager. I appreciated his honesty instead of just pretending like he knew. The store manager came to help and walked me thru the whole process on how to use it. The pre-lit tree belonged to my Mother in-law who passed away 4 years ago. I went home and did exactly what she explained. The tree is working perfectly. All the light are lit not half the tree like before. Thank you so much for such a knowledgeable staff.
