Amazing guy, excellent service. His ability to problem solve ensures that he can correctly identify the problem and work within that scope. My personal PC that I use for work suffered an outage that broke the PSU and he was able to accurately test the problem. Beyond that, he has parts on standby for common issues like these and I was able to get my problem identified and fixed in the span of a couple hours. Additionally I was able to purchase a hard drive from him as a secondary common issue of not having enough storage. Price is more than fair for the level of expertise that you would usually get screwed on by going to Best Buy, Office Depot, etc. I intend to come again for issues with any of my other electronics and point my friends this way for any issues they could be experiencing.

Brought my laptop in because it wasn't charging. Ravi tried a charger of his own and it worked just fine. He sold me his charger and also gave me a lot of tips/advice regarding my laptop. Would highly recommend to anyone. He is very knowledgeable and kind.

Ravi is amazing. Quick to respond to my request for laptop repair just in time for my daughter’s back to school coursework. Asked all the pertinent questions to diagnose issues and gave me different options to choose. He gave me his professional recommendation but let me decide. I especially appreciate his honesty and transparency as I have little computer knowledge. He even taught my daughter simple maintenance she can do on her own to help with her laptop’s performance. Same day drop off and fix. I would highly recommend Ravi to anyone I know. Thank you Ravi!!
