I was shopping a project for replacing window shutters on a brick facade. I contacted Ace Handyman Portland. They contacted me promptly. They gave me pricing and scheduled the job. They kept in communication. They sent two techs for the install. I was gratified that the tech had done some research on different techniques to install shutters in brick, as had I. They showed up on time and had all the right tools. We briefly discussed the strategy for the install. They proceeded and were professional and efficient. I was very pleased with the result, and would highly recommend them.

I needed a couple of things done around the house.
- Labor to install 6 foot handrail from garage into house
- 8 Gutter/Downspouts cleaned
Found Ace Handyman from a Facebook post.
Gave them a call on Monday and 'Will' was here Tuesday at 8 am.
We got the gutters done and did the consult for the handrail which I ordered from Amazon after he left. He will be back next week to complete.
You get a Live scheduler, who is very knowledgable. Explained the process in detail, very professional and nice to speak with.
Got email and text communications, including text morning of appt. with photo of Will.
