I’m happy with the service I received from Ace Handyman. I needed a toilet installed. The person who answered my call was polite and helpful. On the day of my appointment, they texted me a picture of the handyman who was coming to do the work. William arrived on time. He was professional and courteous. Cleaned up and left the area like it was when he arrived. After he left, I noticed that the back of the toilet didn’t line up with the wall. I called the office, he came back 1/2 hr later and was happy to adjust it. They’ve earned my business. I’ll only use them for handyman work from now on. I think their rate is fair. They charged 1/2 the price of another plumber I called.

Greg was prompt, courteous and professional. Completed the job very quickly with confidence. He was great and I will hire him again for sure in the future. Although I would like to keep him as my own personal handyman, I highly recommend Greg.😁

Greg arrived on time, after sending us a text and picture of himself to let us know he was on the way. He maximized the two hours by installing a light fixture, re-caulking our kitchen sink, was able to troubleshoot and fix a garage light fixture that we thought was headed to the trash!, and he provided us with a detailed installation plan for outdoor lighting and a camera for a future visit. Greg was a refreshing combination of friendliness and professionalism. Our scheduled time slot needed to be slightly adjusted a couple of times and Tara in the office kept us informed every step of the way. We will definitely do business with this company again.
