Kyle did a great job. I learned a lot about doors, door frames and door handles. He was very through with his work. I will have to spend some time researching for parts on doors that are over 18 years old that are discontinued so he can come back and replace what I need done. Thank you Kyle. Very happy with my experience. During the scheduling phase, the scheduler asked questions that ended up being important during install and was very clear about the estimated cost and procedure. On the day of installation (dog door), things played out just as the scheduler had explained. The only exception was the installer offered to come by earlier if that was convenient for me. It was and he finished the project ahead of schedule and below the estimated cost. The installer was prompt, communicative, clean, polite, and even offered to take off his shoes when going into carpeted areas. The work itself looks professional and is just what I wanted. I would use Ace again for future projects.
