Very knowledgeable and kind staff. The only downside is it doesn't have nearly the stock that Do It Best does. Both are excellent to go to however. Ace also has more reasonable hours.

I have not had better customer service anywhere in my entire life then I get at Ace Hardware in Pullman.
Every time I come in I get the same help from the same people and it is exactly why I continue to come back.
Go with Ace for any of your home improvement needs. You will not be disappointed.

Pullman's Ace Hardware is a great hardware store for high quality products, tools, and materials. The exceptional customer service and advice provided by the staff make for a pleasantly smooth visit. Ace may have higher prices than mega-shopping centers, however, it's obvious that money is used for better merchandise and superior customer service. My only gripe is their inventory seems a bit small. Overall, Ace is perfect for diy projects, whether a novice or a professional.
