Recently went for my kids bedroom set hardware, employees very helpful and knowledgeable,sent me to right direction to my needs, found the location and then requested further assistance,which he was very helpful I would have been there quite a while trying to find right size nuts and bolts but with the great help i got what I needed and was on my way? If you are only needing basic hardware, the store is okay. If you need any services dealing with automotive (i.e. keys, key fobs, etc) I would suggest going somewhere else as they do not have a clue as to what they are doing, will give you the runaround for weeks if you need to order something (if you do order something and don't call to see if it is in you will never hear from them again). All I can say is it seems like it is a very poorly managed store. The old owners/managers were more on the ball than the current staff. Not worth the headaches.

Gotta love this place. The employees are helpful and attentive to customers needs. They were rather busy the day I went but several employees asked if I needed assistance and pointed me in the right direction. Made me a couple spare keys that worked perfect. A bit pricier than a big box store, but I'll take the great customer service over slight discounts any day.
