How can Hughes Ace Hardware Improve? Well, for starters, they could do some research into management. You HAD a wonderful and loyal employee for quite a few years and your current/new management decided to fire him. Rob has more knowledge about the store than any other employee currently there. He was also the #1 person customers would seek out for assistance. Rob was #1 in product knowledge and customer service. Brenda Joy is the worst employee you have when it comes to product knowledge and customer service. Erika, shame on you!! As store manager you should never have allowed this to happen and should have stopped it immediately. To the new store owners, take a good look at the inventory you have, because it's going to be there awhile if you continue allowing this to happen. I will NOT spend a single cent in your store until you do some weeding in the management department.
