Went to Griggs this evening with my husband to pick up a few things. Barely made it to the shoe section when a girl starts following me "Ma'am. Ma'am. Ma'am." She tells me I need to leave my bag at the customer service desk. Hell no!! I use a backpack as a purse, and I saw another woman walking around with one also! I am not a punk kid and I am not leaving my PURSE with a stranger!! I have never been told I need to leave my bag at a customer service desk at ANY store, until today. Thanks, Griggs, you just lost a customer.
