The staff on the sales floor are always helpful and are eager to help. The cashier's, different story. I have never been asked for my ace rewards number, I have never been told thank you, have a nice day, or anything. This weekend, the cashier rang up my order, said the total and that was it. I told the cashier to have a nice day but they were busy talking and ignoring us, not the first time and that's why I am writing this review. I always try to buy local instead of going to the larger competitors.

Ace always seems to have what we need and it's easily accessible. Sean the manager is always helpful and very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Ace hardware if you need home improvement stuff, nuts and bolts, etc.
