if you purchase anything from there and decide you don’t like, don’t bother returning it. they won’t take it back. 100% sure it’s my last time shopping there

Wonderful place for sewing machines, fabric, classes, etc. I haven't needed a vacuum cleaner, but I imagine there service would be as wonderful on those as they are with sewing machines, etc.

I was having issues with my sewing machine and had to finish a blanket for a gift so I called to see if they could help figure out what was wrong. The lady said to come on in and they would help figure it out. Turns out it was user error as I’ve not sewn in a long time. So they got me back on track and I was able to finish my blanket in time. Will definitely go back as they have a wonderful selection of fabrics and other items for sewing. Looking forward to taking one of their classes once they continue post Covid. Thank you so much for helping me!!
