I have been there several times in past year. Each time bad experience. They have no sense of responsibility to the customer. They have sold products that were not as advertised, And refused to take responsibility. I was given a difficult time by the guys in the yard on more than one occasion. The guys in the front office definitely have an attitude that bears no responsibility for the customer's satisfaction.I would highly recommend going to their competition. The owner Ariel seems to care less.
I LOVE THIS PLACE! This place has great prices and the employees that run the tractors are very polite and friendly. It is actually better than any others i have been to. We were doing a job on MOTHER LODE and it was convenient and i have a dog i brought in and i read the signs not to let my dog out and didn't. Maybe if the other guy that said his dog was attacked would have listened to the rules he wouldn't have had problems! GREAT PLACE
