Been calling all summer long trying to get my kids appointments so they can be seen, every time I’ve called this summer they’ve had “fax issues” and now it’s 2 weeks before school starts and still nothing. This place sucks.

We have attended the Achieve Center since 2019 with four different children starting at the location in Wenatchee and recently attending the Moses Lake location. I have been beyond impressed with Amie in the office and her ability to quickly get things done and her level of communication. She was very helpful when there were no openings available in Wenatchee and we were looking if we could find one in Moses Lake. She made our transition to the ML location smooth and easy. And our family absolutely adores Mr. Cameron there. My son (6) and daughter (4) see him virtually but whenever he’s on, my older children and two year old want to listen to him to because of the enthusiasm and energy he carries. He is everything you would want in a child’s speech pathologist. He is playful and engaging and gets down on the child’s level, keeping my children engaged the entire time...virtually which is a feat in and of itself. He teaches in a fun way and corrects the child’s speech sounds in a casual, comfortable way as well that encourages them to keep trying without the fear of negative correction. My children don’t look at speech as an undesirable activity anymore. I also feel like he helps me as a parent know how to work with my children at home as he’s very knowledgeable in what he does. 10 out of 10!
