We have used the Achieve Center for over two years now. My son was not progressing with his speech through our local school’s speech services so we sought out extra help. It was amazing to see how quickly he began progressing! We have since used the Achieve Center for our daughter who has strong sensory preferences which has made her an extremely picky eater and now for my three year old with speech. We have always been impressed with Hal and his interactions with our children. My daughter is an introvert with anxiety and he is patient with her and gets on her level. She had been originally referred to Central Wa OT for help but the clinical environment mixed with trying new food was too triggering for her anxiety. The fun, playful environment of the Achieve Center has been the key to making her feel safe and comfortable. When we are at home she is willing to try foods so she can report back at her next visit. We have seen other therapists as well (Monica and Ashley) and have been very pleased with their work. They also offer teletherapy which we used regularly when I had my newborn. Highly recommend!
