Before driving to Silverdale from Pt. Townsend I called to confirm my appt. (since I hadn't heard from them) and was told that I had no appt. and had cancelled an appt. in November. Since I had never heard of them until last month I told them that their info was wrong. They refused to accept responsibility even though they had me in their records as a new patient. To get this news I endured approx. 20 minutes of their automated messages promoting their business, accompanied by ear-splitting and scratchy "music". No attempt to make the situation right.

Throughout the entire process from reception to booking surgeries all was very friendly, efficient, professional and to a degree… enjoyable. Looking forward to my procedure. I left my appointment feeling very confident!

On October 7, 2024, a front desk staff called me and informed me that my referral from my Primary Provider at U.S Naval Hospital Bremerton was made to Naval Hospital Bremerton instead of Achieve Eye And Laser Specialist. I was told to call my provider and make a request to change the referral to say that it is for Achieve Eye And Laser Specialist. I decided to cancel my appointment for October 8, 2024 because I was told that I need to get it changed before I show up for my appointment the following day. When I came home from work, I retrieved my referral letter online and it clearly says "Referred To Provider: ACHIEVE EYE AND LASER SPECIALIST 3260 NW Mount Vintage Way Silverdale, WA 98383 6000. Phone Number: 360-698-9500." I was given another appointment on a different date. I could have made it to my appointment on October 8, 2024 if it was properly verified that my referral letter is actually written for Achieve Eye And Laser Specialist.
