Recently, the doors handle mechanism at my condo jammed and I couldn't get my door open. It was at night, so I called the Acme after hours line and Chris talked me through fixing the mechanism myself. Over the phone, he quickly coached me on how to take the mechanism off, advise me to take it into Acme the next day, they diagnosed it, sold me a new part and I was able to reassemble the whole thing myself.
He saved me a whole lot of money, and I would definitely say my overall experience at Acme was amazing. I would highly recommend them and Chris in particular.
Acme installed new commercial door hardware for us recently. The tech was quick to arrive, communicated his arrival times accurately and completed the work perfectly without any intervention needed from us.
