The absolute worst experience trying to book an appointment - the front office person is comically bad, almost like she’s from an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm. Rude beyond limits, incompetent, with a determination to break your Zen with the world’s most disrespectful attitude! Such a pity that I’m forced to give a 1 star review based on this, but hey, this is the first part of the patient experience, and they fully messed it up.

This place is awesome. Staff is great and Dr. Weintraub REALLY knows what he is doing!! He works wonders... I’ve found the place where I can definitely drop anchor for my needs.... Thank you guys !!!

The WORST doctor and office manager i have ever encountered!!! I work in the medical field for over 20 years and have never seen anything like this incompetent rude unprofessional so called doctor and his office manager. I took my 9 yo child here and the doctor prescribed oral meds for him, when I went to the pharmacy to pick it up the pharmacist called the doctor and spoke to him directly to see if he can change the medication to an alternative that was covered by insurance, the doctor authorized the change. I came back a week later for follow up and the doctor asked what meds he is taking and when he heard the name of the drug he was taken back and surprised because it was apparently the wrong medication. He tried to tell me that the pharmacy gave me the wrong medication and blame them for the mistake. I actually heard the whole conversation between pharmacist and doctor about changing meds and heard the doctor confirm change. So he said my child now has to take another medication and come back again for follow up. He then ran out of the office ahead of me, in the middle of his clinic, and as I got to the pharmacy which is right across the office, I heard him telling the pharmacist that he wants him to take the blame for dispensing the wrong meds to my child. He sends a lot of business his way and if the pharmacy wants that to continue then he needs to tell me that! I couldn’t believe my ears! So the pharmacist felt terrible and told me how sorry he is for this and for the fact that I had to witness a situation like this! I have Regal hmo plan and was told this doctor is participating provide at the initial appointment, when we got there the office informed me that as of the first of next month they Will no longer accept it so if I come back for future follow ups it will be cash price that I have to pay. So I made sure to make my appointment on the last day of the month 31st to be able to use my plan and confirmed with the staff at the office that the visit will be under insurance coverage. When I got there and all of this happened with getting wrong meds, on top of it they informed me that they no longer take my insurance and I have to pay cash now. I explained that I had spoke to the lady to confirm this was Still covered through insurance and she said that they never obtained an authorization for the visit and therefore can bill the insurance. The office manager was super rude and finally said that if I pay the $40 copayment than that’s fine and the next visit would be a full cash price $85. Well today I got a bill in the mail for $40 balance and when I called the office to let her know that I don’t have any balance with them and this is obviously a mistake she hung up the phone on me twice and said that she doesn’t want to speak to me to resolve anything but I have to call billing and pay, she is not interested in helping me at all! I’m sorry this is a long review but BEWARE of this charlatan doctor and his office manager!!! I’m also going to file a complaint with the medical board because this is unacceptable! We trust our children to be taken care of and healed and this guy puts a bad name to the profession!!!
