Acorn Campground is a serene escape for nature lovers. The lush surroundings and well-maintained facilities make it perfect for a peaceful retreat. The friendly staff and clean amenities ensure a pleasant stay. However, limited activities for kids might be a downside for families.

It's okay. The lake is pretty low. The bathrooms are okay. Does have water spigots, tables, fire pits. Could use some cleaning up.. $20 a night on my stay.

The campsite is situated by the lake, which adds to the overall allure. However, as with most outdoor locations, it's important to bring bug spray for mosquitoes during the night. If you happen to have a clear evening, be sure to take advantage of the opportunity for some spectacular star gazing as well. Although the scenic view at this campsite is truly breathtaking and deserving of full points, one drawback we experienced was the inadequate maintenance of the restrooms.
