Lots of cool souvenirs and even useful things for your home that isn't found in other stores. They even have things that match the Grand Californian Arts & Crafts theme to take home with you. There's also standard Disneyland Resort merch, Disney merch, and snacks and drinks. A few travel items are on sale in case you forgot anything.

I went here today with my son and niece and the old lady at the counter named Yo had terrible customer service skills. She was glaring at my 4 year old niece, she had a nasty attitude, kept staring at me in a weird way and made me feel uncomfortable. She is a terrible person to represent disney and whoever hired her needs to teach her something about customer service skills. The other lady named Caedmon was so sweet and kind! She went out of her way to apologize for her co workers behaviour and she gave stickers and first time to disney pins to my son and niece. I hope her customers know how much we appreciate her kindness because it goes a long ways.
