Fantastic people who seem to want the best for me and my family. I went in for a Term Life Insurance policy and really feel I got the best deal for me. They were also able to look at my auto insurance and save me money there, too. Great service. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Absolutely horrible customer service! I was with them over 9 years. The first agent was great but after she left, Dianne took over and was absolutely awful! When we had a water claim, I had to call over and over and in the end, she could care less that they did not pay fro some of the items. Of course, you have to wait 3-5 years after a claim like that to get a decent rate with another company. Finally, this year, I got a letter from Great Northwest saying they will not be renewing my policy because they will no longer be servicing Washington state. Well, all the more reason to find someone else! Not only did I find a policy saving me over $100 a year, but I also learned that GHB had me OVER-insured by $100k!! All these years, I have been over-paying them. My new agent told me that they assess your needs every year to make sure you are not over/under insured. GHB NEVER did this! So, I call GHB to cancel my policy with them and I get informed that Dianne has not been with them in over a year! They offered to quote me a policy with another company!! LOL it same back $200 more than what I was paying!! Never a word about my agent being gone, and never a word when Great NW pulled out of WA. Horrible, horrible service. Oh, but I am supposed to trust these new agents. I think not!
