I was experiencing lots of pain and discomfort from my current chair and went in willing to spend whatever it costs to make my work situation better. I told them what my issues were and Will showed me several chairs I might consider but specifically pointed me to the chair they thought I’d like best. Not only was it hundreds less than the myriad of options I was considering and testing, it was spot on perfect fit. Very pleased and so happy I wasn’t upsold but sold the best fit.

Great deals and staff! There’s a few locations but I primarily shop at the location in Tacoma. Great finds for your business and home office needs. If you need office furniture delivered or assembled they offer a reasonable delivery services. I’ve had furniture delivered and assembled and I love their staff. Friendly and trustworthy. Overall I love the Action Business team.
