Everyone should know never to visit this office. The owner, Brain Willyard is known as a terrible person in the community who has injured quite a few of his clients. As a practitioner: he’s one of the worst chiropractors in Washington state! He performs unneeded adjustments that has caused serious spinal misalignment to his past clients. There are many cases or horror stories of bad chiropractors you hear about that preform unnecessary adjustments that lead to permanent damage or even death. Mr Willyard has the same reputation with his practice. He knows little about healthcare and his only agenda is billing you or your insurance company. He is known as a fraud in the community who doesn’t care about anyone’s wellbeing. Former patients and ex employees of his all talk about is arrogant attitude and lack of concern for anyone except hisself. Word of mouth stories from past clients of his that he injured are herroundous. There is nothing but bad reviews about him, except the ones him and he’s acquaintances write for him to make money. Stay clear of action chiropractic!!
My visit reminded me of the time I took my new car to have its third oil change at one of those oil change chains, where they try to sell you things you don't need. Like that time, I left, after declining a bunch of up-sells and add-ons.
I went to these guys because I strained a muscle in my neck. They had three people look at me, then tried to tell me I have one leg longer than the other, along with all sorts of other things wrong with me. No! I yawned while tying my shoe, and the strange angle caused me to have a stiff neck. I didn't want to agree to a bunch of x-rays and as a result, they didn't want to help me. I showed up with a crook in my neck and ended up with a crook trying to get in my wallet!
Went home, used an old bottle of muscle relaxers I had from several years ago, and I'm fine.
I absolutely don't recommend these guys. They talk fast and try to pressure you into things you don't need. Never again.
