Just finished eating lunch from here! I got the Diana but in salad form (chicken, cucumber, tomato, feta, hummus, & tzatziki). It was chef’s kiss! I didn’t even use the balsamic provided. I just dunked forkfuls of the salad into the hummus and tzatziki. Oh my goodness it was SO GOOD!!

I’d normally want to be supportive of someone’s dream to open a small business. So I’m sorry I can’t say nice things about this sandwich truck parked outside 3 Magnets. Tried their pastrami. Anemic bread, miniscule filling, near flavorless. Added the side of Mac and Cheese, usually a favorite of mine. Described as having a bechamel base (ala Julia Child). Maybe she could pull it off, but this was a pasty, pale, milky mixture with hardly a taste of cheese. And the $18 cost is impossible to justify. A swing and a definite miss. Try the other trucks in the 3 Magnets lot instead.

I cant say enough great things about Action Sandwhiches!!! Mark is an amazing sandwhich creator!! All unique sandwiches with amazing flavor, texture, and filling!! Great atmosphere and a wonderful pat it forward option!!!! One of the best food trucks in Olympia!!!!! My friend and I will return to try another Super Sandwhich!!!
