I highly recommend Chad Rudolph and the ActionCOACH program. I first met Chad when he was a guest at my BNI group and invited me to a complimentary event hosted by ActionCOACH founder Brad Sugars. The reason I was drawn to exploring the program was that at the time I was doing everything wrong in my insurance business from my marketing to my sales process. When I started out being an insurance agent I had a lot of heart and a work ethic that everyone around me acknowledged. Unfortunately, I also had no clue how to market myself and no way to execute my sales process. That is why I became one of Chad s clients. I wasn t looking for a person to make me Feel Good , I was looking for a consultant who could help me identify what I was doing wrong in my business and then help me remedy those problems. I got this in Chad and it was done in a respectful but no-nonsense way. I don t think a person can be held responsible for having challenges in their business. They can be held responsible to themselves and their family if they do nothing to remedy it. I endorse ActionCOACH of Washington and Chad Rudolph.

Chad knows business. He didn't know our industry which initially worried me. We quickly identified many areas that needed attention and with my knowledge of the industry and his knowledge of how to build a business we made great strides. He was a bit tough on me...but i needed it. Even if i didn't always like it. I appreciate his extra work to talk with our suppliers and clients to help us get a better picture of where we needed improvement. We have improved profit margins by 42% and I have taken my first vacation in 15 years.

Chad is an excellent business coach and helped me to focus and identify key areas in my business to make it more efficient and increase revenue. What I was not expecting was the way he also helped me personal focus, time management, and prioritization. I would highly recommend Chad if you are looking for help with your business.
