Active does my recurring service but recently moved and we had Van coordinate a larger termite job for me and he’s been communicative at all times. Salvador and Ray were the techs I believe that helped with work and friendly throughout the process.
Tenting process went seamless too.

The people who work in the office are nice, knowledgeable and have excellent customer service skills! They sent over technician named Edward within a few hrs and he was very thorough with his inspection. He found a hidden birds nest outside on exterior of home within seconds. (he knew to look there even though my concern was INSIDE the home!) Nobody seen or knew this nest was there! He was super informative and again- AWESOME customer service skills! What a keen eye! I would definitely recommend! Awesome, patient & attentive team they have here! I'm super grateful, Thank you!

We’ve used Active Pest Control several times and have had such a positive experience each time. The technician who helped us, Edward, was professional, patient, and thorough throughout the entire process. What could have been an extremely stressful problem (finding multiple mice in the house) ended up being resolved quickly for a very fair price. Highly, highly recommend!!
