Giving five stars even though they didn’t really help me. I brought lots of books but they don’t buy books or magazines, only newspapers and white paper with black text, no colored paper. They seemed legitimate though so why would I bash their rating?

I rolled up eager to sell my scrap n recycles. 30min later I rolled-out with my scrap and recycles. No service None ! Like nobody came out. Saw one dude driving a big forklift and I asked him where I needed to go drop off my stuff. He pointed me towards the back of the place ( very helpful ) I waited 30 mintues in that ghost town. Until I said forget this place ! 2weeks later I was passing by there and I decided to give them another shot. same result. never going there ever again. ALV

Super rude, like agressive. They charge for cardboard recycling, but they won't quote prices over phone. So I'm supposed to load up and drive 30 minutes to find out how much I have to pay. And their attitude about not giving me any idea of what it might cost me is beyond rude, it was biligerant, confrontational, agressive, bizarre.
