ALWAYS goes above and beyond, so supportive of her health, school, personal life and college dreams. A true, compassionate human being that happens to be a phenomenal doctor as well! Front office is just as compassionate and helpful. Always their to help...

Terrible experience overall. Practice has gone downhill since Dr. Gladstone retired. Predatory patient abandonment and record transfer refusal practices. The front desk staff is woefully immature and under trained. They give off mean girl vibes and will seek to make you feel like dirt. Please take your babies elsewhere. I needed help from my child’s pediatrician during a time of emergent health concerns and was treated with callousness, dismissiveness, and overall unprofessional behavior. It’s so bad that I have filed a formal grievance with my insurance provider as well as the medical board.

Dr Koutures recently diagnosed our daughter, a cross country athlete, with a stress reaction in her leg. We couldn't be more grateful to our pediatrician for referring us to Dr. Koutures. It has been the most amazing medical experience my husband and I have ever witnessed. He has contacted us in the evening on weekends and basically whenever we need him in regard to her care. We feel like she is in great hands with Dr. Koutures and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need.
