Had a slight upper back pain that over the course of two weeks turned into excruciating pain all of a sudden one morning. Wasn't able to sit for more than a few minutes and standing was painful as well. Anytime I drove, I had to pull off to the side of the road in random places to get out of the seated position.

I had a few doctor appointments and was given worthless medication and a referral to physical therapy. Still had to show up for work and try to perform but the pain was relentless and wasn't able to ignore it no matter what activity I was doing. Even nighttime was miserable.

Out of desperation (I say "desperation" because I'd never been to a chiropractor before) I looked up "chiropractors" and "Acts" came up. I called and was fortunate enough to get a same-day appointment and have been going twice a week. I am pain free now. The beginning of the "slight upper back pain" to now was about a month and a half ago. I am absolutely amazed as I didn't see this issue getting better until way down the road if at all.

In addition to the physical improvements I've seen, I also have to commend Dr. Salmi and his staff. Unlike the other doctor appointments, Dr. Salmi goes out of his way to explain things and answer any questions you have without making you feel rushed. When you don't feel like you have any hope, this is a big deal. It is obvious he truly cares.
