This gym has given me my life back.
Two years ago, my toddler son was diagnosed with cancer. While he was in treatment, I gained a lot of weight. Emotional and physical. When he finished treatment, I found myself looking in the mirror and not recognizing myself. I was in a deep depression and just really lost.
I took the step of having a consult with a personal trainer. I was greeted with sincere, kind coaches who truly wanted the very best for me.
I have now been at actualize for 6 months and I could not be happier. My joy is back, my confidence is up and I’ve made really amazing progress towards my weight loss goals.
Actualize is not just a gym to me. It has become my safe place. I never feel judged. I’m surrounded by genuine people and coaches who encourage one another on a daily basis. It’s truly special.
They are stuck with me forever ;)
