The care is good, however they are terrible with scheduling. The last 3 times I came in, I had to wait more than 45 minutes to be called in.

The staff at Acuity in Arcadia is amazing.i’ve been a patient of Dr Moore for many years and she’s always been very thorough and nice. I had the opportunity to meet the office manager, Leanh. She is very nice and went out of her way to help me solve a problem with my insurance. I recommend Acuity in Arcadia.

I just went for my first eye exam in nearly 15 years. I was a bit nervous going in but immediately was made comfortable by the staff! John and Ashley took great care of me in the actual exam. Estefany then took care of me as we picked out frames and finished up the experience! Genuinely felt so comfortable and professionally taken care of! I highly recommend them!
