Very thorough busy office Dr Kim although his appearance is young his knowledge is beyond his appearance. He has very quick knowledgeable knows what he’s talking about and it’s ready to serve the next patient of his abilities which he does every time. You guys really need more Medi-Cal glasses to choose from you don’t have very many and they’re pretty much the same shape and colors you need to add more more more frames to choose from

Way too busy. My appointment was 9:35A, it took 2.5 hours. The doctor wanted to dilate my eyes, but I wasn't informed prior and drove to the appointment. No way would I sit for 2 more hours in your place. Dr. Kim is amazing, and the reason I chose your facility (not knowing how awful the wait would be). The reception staff was fun and friendly. One girl spoke directly to me in Spanish. I am Anglo (dark skinned), and am fluent Spanish. Not a big problem. I felt like I was in a free clinic.

This was my first time at Acuity Eye Group. Everyone so nice the doctor took her time with me. She answered all my questions. Great facility if your looking for a new home for your eyes please give them a chance.
