After frustratingly venting about the bill with an insurance mix up and then apologizing for my attitude I received a warm and loving voicemail with a surprise that definitely warmed my heart and put my mind at ease when having to pay for the bill that United Healthcare with Medicaid was denying.

Great experience. The acupuncturist was nice and shows empathy with me. Time is flexible (sometimes urgently needs this treatment). Also, the parking is easily available.
