First, I scheduled a virtual consult appointment that they missed. I waited half an hour after my appt before I tried calling them. I had to call them twice before I got finally got in contact with a provider. I spoke with someone there that said they "forgot" about my consult. I had booked an appt for later in that week. I was assured it would be fine to go ahead with my scheduled appt without the consult. Well, the day before my appt (sat) I received a message that they couldn't see me on that day afterall since it was a first time visit. I wasted a whole week expecting to be seen for a time sensitive issue. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

I went to see Matt Ferguson after breaking my right fibula.My leg was in a boot and my pain level was making it hard to get through the day.Matt listened to me and in the first visit able to bring the swelling down. By third visit I could put wait on it. Its now 5 months out and I am running again. Thank you and I highly recommend you.
