The crew, including Russell and Taylor, arrived on time, conducted a comprehensive inspection, provided a quote, and got back to me within a day. Our chimney had been leaking for a while and despite multiple attempts, our initial roofer couldn't fix it. We decided to reach out to Adams Family Roofing and they sent over an expert, Taylor, the very next day to assess the situation and provide a quote. The team arrived bright and early the following day and completed the job by midday. I held off on providing this review as we had a dry spell of about 5 weeks after the repair. Leaks usually appear when faced with wind and rain. Since the repair, we've experienced several heavy downpours and for the first time in a long time, there's not a single leak! Adams Family Roofing was not only prompt and reliable but they also ensured we were kept in the loop throughout the entire process with Emmanuel, our main point of contact, checking in on us regularly.
